When I was growing up, watching movies have always been a family thing. We used to go to mum and dad's room on Saturday night to watch late night movies back when we were in our old house in Nakornpathom. We grew up, and we grew apart from that.
The movies we watched were two kinds, either a 007 movie, oh back then it was the classiest shit on the planet, or a romantic comedy. I loved them both and I still do now. James Bond aside, romantic comedies were a treat for me. What's not to love about happy endings when the guy gets the girl and she can't help but answer his wave of affection with a kiss? Well, most of that were bullshit... but still...
Lately, since I'm home and watching movies with my family again, we have been steered towards RomComs again. Ones like Enchanted, The Vow and such. They've been nice :)
